3. Working Hours & Availability
Employees must maintain consistent availability during agreed working hours. Guidelines include:

- Attend scheduled virtual meetings when required
- Provide weekly status updates on assigned work
- Notify supervisors of any schedule conflicts or delays
Due to MCP's international reach, flexibility and responsiveness are expected.
4. Communication Standards

Sales Personnel
Sales employees are responsible for:

- Representing MCP professionally in all client interactions
- Meeting agreed sales targets
Web Designers / Developers
Design and development personnel are responsible for:

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Employees must protect all company and client information. Confidential information includes:

7. Intellectual Property
All work created by employees or contractors during their engagement with MCP is the exclusive property of Maestro Coaching Planner. This includes:
- Software code
- Website designs
- Training materials
- Branding assets
- Documentation
Employees may not reuse, distribute, or sell company assets outside MCP.
8. Professional Conduct
All employees are expected to demonstrate:
